i am using fpdf to made pdf files
since it uses paper sizes and real world units for measurement (mm/in/cm/pt)
i am trying to insert a image which works but there is a size issue i can only calculate the max size i want not the real size of the image and as far as i know i can't convert pixels to mm since this varies with resolution
i know my max with is 195.9mm and my max height is 227.4mm

In Javascript (hopefully the the pdf generator exposes stuff like this in some way) you can get the computed style of an object. For example I just set the width of something to 100mm, and the computed width came out as 377.933px. I now have my ratio.

Have I helped you? Do you like my add-ons?
Would you consider donating to show your appreciation for my efforts?

I doubt it, but there should be a way in the tools your using to compute that kind of stuff, I don't know how to use the tools your using though. RTFM :P
