I know they are supposed to come up with View . . Toolbars . . Customize. But when I do that, I get a pane that only has ten buttons available, and only three of those are on the list here: Sidebars, Error Console, and FWD (not Forward). What should I do?

Actually, it opens a new tab and the heading is "Additional tools and features."

What that tab is called depends on what version of Firefox you have, in older versions it used to even be a window. But that is not important.

If the extension is installed, I don't know why none of the buttons are there (the listed ones might be from another extension). It could possibly be a conflict with another extension. I have seen in the past a few that mess up customization. You could try disabling them to see.

Have I helped you? Do you like my add-ons?

Geez, I feel so dumb. When I got a tab that said I just upgraded to Toolbar Buttons 1.1, I assumed I had the extension. But when I looked at my list to find potential conflicts, it wasn't there. So I (re)downloaded, and everything is fine.
