I use TPM, I had 4 tabs open, two were locked on was froze when I clicked close and a shortish delay all I got what you'll see here

The TPM folks said they would try to fix, but they hinted it might be your defect

Did not test with close all but this button

It appears to be their code that is going into some infinite loop, not mine. The button uses a brute force kind of way of removing all the tabs, it would likely not respect any locking down by another extension and if that screws it up, well there is very little I can do about it.
